I have my eStatement email notification sent to two different
email addresses? We can only send your eStatement notification to one email address; however, you can access your statements via any computer with Internet access. Simply go to www.hpfcu.org and click on the "Pick Up eStatement" button. to the top |

can I get a paper copy of my statement? You can print a statement from your library of online statements and notices. You may also request a paper copy of your statement at any time, by calling the credit union. to the top |

do I change my password if I forget it or think it has been compromised?
If you have forgotten your password you may use our "Forgot Your Password" feature on the eStatement login page or you may contact a credit union representative at (800) 927-8707 or (713) 986-0200, and your password will be reset. The next time you log on you can change your password to one of your choice by using our "change password" feature located near the bottom of the Available Statements and Notices library. to the top |

the password case sensitive? Can you use symbols, such
as dashes, dollar signs, etc.? Your eight to twenty character password is case sensitive and the password field supports all characters on your keyboard. to the top |
