It's easy to use The Informer. Just follow these instructions:

• Just call 713-227-7478 or 713-2-ASSIST
  
• Press 1 to connect to The Informer.
  
• Enter your member (account) number and press#.
  
• Press 1 to accept.
  
• Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and press#.
  

You are now in the Main Menu.
